We have the best of the best** apparently.. since swapping from BT to sky we have had nothing but slow Internet that goes off and on when it feels like it, our household is reliant in WiFi and its been an awful experience today has been the worst so far hence why im posting for the first time. We was promised no issues and had months of nothing but issues 😬

I can't see there being a promise of no issues. No ISP can guarantee that.

Even if you’ve already tried it use this link to check if there are any broadband outages or issues locally that may identify a known fault, perhaps affecting multiple households ~
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

NOTE: The Service Checker doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there is up to an hours delay before it picks up a lost connection so perhaps try it again later.

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is okay click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to report it to Sky. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

Working from home?; Sky broadband discussed on here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for customers working from home to use it, they won’t receive additional or quicker support.

If everything appears to be working as normal so the line test shows no faults and the lights are all lit on the hub then you might have a poor signal throughout your home as this is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
