WiFi is terrible

My phone, my partners phone, the computers, TVs... every 15 mins or so the WiFi drops and it says you need to sign back into WiFi. Since I switched from BT to Sky Broadband, the service has been terrible. Which is a huge shame as you gave me the big sell.
