WiFi is poor

My wifi has been [removed] poor for weeks now and I'm also having a complete nightmare trying to get a hold of a sky advisor!! Get your act together Sky!! The amount you charge me a month is worth a better service than you're providing.

@Paula4dyce  is the issue with the broadband speed to your hub or the WiFi connection in your home? You can check thecformervin the service checker in the My Sky app as Sky test thst everyday if it has slowed down the app should offer help. Speeds ofvtge WiFi connection are not guaranteed as they depend onnthe layout of your home and how it is built. Sky can providecWiFinextendersvif you pay forvtheir WiFi Max package.
