WiFi is extremely slow

Hello

 

we have just had Sky Broadband installed at home. The WiFi is extremely slow in all rooms despite the tests saying that everything is okay. Any idea how we can get help on this?

@Fabio1234 first thing to check is the hub is in the best position somits wifi signal isnt being blocked. This is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. 

Wifi signal strength depend on the layout and type of construction of your home if you live in an older property with solud internal walls wifi is going to be a problem. However modern homes with foil faced insulation board cannbecjustcas bad. Then there is the issue of interference which make small flats a particular problem.
