WiFi hub keeps showing red light

At least twice a day my WiFi drops and I get a red light on the hub, I have to unplug it for a few minutes and restart sometimes twice in a row, please help, this is making having a teenager and wfh very difficult

@Emma458 you need to call Sky to report the issue which sounds to be a line issue. Hopefully Openreach will accept a fault report and fix what is wrong.

Not a line fault, turns out the router is old and now obsolete so isn't receiving updates! New router em route! Shame it takes so blooming long to find a number to get through to sky! Their chatbot service used to be fantastic, now there website is a pile of poo with lots of useless faq's that lead you to nowhere!
