WiFi drops out all the time

If I am close to my router my WiFi strength is good but when I go to my kitchen and dining room I lose connection all the time (my house is not big). I also have my mobile contract with sky but the 4G coverage in my house is terrible so a combination of this plus poor WiFi strength means my calls drop a lot or I lose connection to the internet frequently. It's so bad that my family comment on it all the time and tell me to change provider. I have put up with it for about 6 months since I moved from BT to sky but I'm at the end of my tether with it now. It's very frustrating and I expect more a service I'm paying £20 a month for. Please help!

@Anna198 Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homeswith solid walls. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surface then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
