WiFi drops off with Windows run with VPN.
WiFi drops off when Windows is run via VPN, and on our iPhone. Although our Apple MacBook is OK, it is not connected to any VPN's and works well.

Re: WiFi drops off with Windows run with VPN.
A lot depends on your VPN & your routers capabilities.
If you put anything in between your connection and the next this will have an impact on speed (bandwidth). Your router may not be optomised to route traffic over VPN's so that will have an impact on bandwidth.
Some VPN's may not have high bandwidth connections, for example, if you use Nord VPN they have dedicated 10Gbs VPN connections, even these will have an impact on the data transfer speed.
