WiFi dropping

I had an engineer out last Saturday as there was a fault on the line and my WiFi kept dropping. He changed a cable down in the exchange and it was fine for a few days but now it's back to dropping out every 10 minutes or so! I have run the diagnostics and it's telling me there's no issue with the road band but there clearly is. I need someone to have have a look please

@Joelle82 you sre not talkingbto Sky by posting iin the forum. Givevthem a call stsy on the line tomspeak to an agent and tell them the previous fault has returned so they can get it checked out.
