WiFi dropping out

Hi my WiFi appears to be dropping in and out on some of my devices like my phones and tablet.

Does this happen when they are in certain rooms or everyone in your home including the one where your broadband hub is located ?

Its just started doing it over the last week. Seems to be in most rooms. Does not seem to affect the sky q boxes just the phones and tablet. There are only 2 of us in the house. I think it's the router just dropping out for a millie second and the phones are sensitive to it?
