WiFi dropping out

Hi.

 

i reported an issue with my WiFi earlier in the week. It keeps dropping out randomly for a minute at a time. I was advised it could be the router and a new one was sent but it still seems to be the same proble, even with the new one. Are you able to send an engineer out to check?

We can't send an engineer. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

Youll need to contact Sky again to discuss the need for one.
