WiFi dropping out

For a couple of weeks my WiFi keeps dropping out. From a full signal on my laptop it goes completely and I can't connect. Also my rear garden ring camera - also at the back of the house- keeps losing its connection. This is a real nuisance.

We have had excellent WiFi /broadband until now

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
