WiFi dropping out

WiFi keeps dropping out. Done test connections online and apparently all is well but keeps dropping out.

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

Thanks we received a new hub, but that's now not connected to the app, although we are still receiving WiFi. I've started a separate discussion on that. Thanks for your help.
