WiFi dropping out

Sky q box drops connection to router every single day. Been like this for months. Reset router and seems fine for a few hours. Mini boxes can't connect, apps keep dropping out. Completely a waste of money paying for this service. Had to rest router to get the Sky sports + app on last night. Done all usual stuff but getting a bit tiresome now.

I am having exactly the same problem. It's not worked correctly since I upgraded to Fibre. 

How do I contact Sky to get this resolved?
