Same for me, only in the last hour but sky says there is no issue with connection or service

In the last couple of hours we have lost connection twice - frustrating that the tests say everything is working fine.

I have the new sky router,booster and extender and I live in a bungalow,the router and all other equipment is actually no greater than 8 meters apart and they always loose connection, sky says I get 28mps but in actuall fact it's no faster than dial up 20 years ago, shocking service,going to take the hit and pay for exciting my contract and go to starlink

Also,had the engineers out twice with this,and another coming over next week to change the already new master socket from 3 years ago. I will let them go through all of this and just pay for exciting the contract and go with the starlink option,waste of time
