WiFi dropping out

Our WiFi keeps dropping out throughout the day - just for a few minutes at a time. Very frustrating to keep losing connection like this. It started yesterday, and the problem is continuing today.

 

When we did a service check it says that everything is running correctly.

 

Please could you advise what the issue may be?
