WiFi dropping out sky not helping

Hello

i have been on the phone to sky three or four times already to discuss my broadband, as it keeps dropping out they say I have the best broadband in my area yet it can't keep up with about 4 devices that I have connected I have tried everything they have suggested and nothing has fixed this, seriously considering switching to a different company anyone has any clues to why this happens

Which package do you have with Sky? Which Sky hub do you have? Do you have any boosters?
