WiFi dropping all day joke
This is a joke. Work from home and always a problem with WIFI. Keeps dropping. No one to help. Have to keep checking my line via a service. I pay for a service and expect it to work.

Re: WiFi dropping all day joke
@Clare143 that you chose to use what is sold as a domestic service tomwork from home is your business but gives you no priority. If the problem is the hub losing connection to thhe exchange (lights on the hub change see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-max-hub-blue) then run the servicecchecker as it can offer to book an engineer to check your line. If it doesnt call Sky to see if they can do so manually.
However if the issue is just poor WiFi coverage in your home there is litle Sky can do other than supply a booster if you pay for their WiFi Max add-on.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
