WiFi drop out

WiFi keeps dropping out from phone, with a message saying its connected to my network without Internet

Same issue here, same issue at the start of August and they sent BT engineer, they switched my router out but today the issue has started again. They are upgrading the network in my county but my area isn't listed it's the south rather than the north where I am... Frustrating - any suggestions gratefully received.... Have turned it on andmiff again!

@AngPep can you post your Sky hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

When you lose connectivity as you describe the lights on your hub will help dagnose the issue which sounds like the hub losing its connection. The stats will help show that and hopefully may point to the cause.
