WiFi drop off

Stood in front of the router and only pulling 280mbs this reduces as I move away in to the house

laptop running on WiFi for work and is lagging and really struggling 

says everything is ok with no issues but not getting anywhere near the speed I was told I'd get and I'm running 3 boosters and still struggling
