WiFi down, solid red light

I have solid red light on power light. WiFi not working.

@Amycollinson  Does the red light stay on if you try in restarting the router?

Yes turned on and off 4-5 times and still on

@Amycollinson  folow the steps for what type of Sky hub you have in this trouble shooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

A red power light sounds like tge hub is faulty given the number of thunder storms yesterday it is likely a number of hubs have been damaged. Sky will replace these if you call them and have gone through the steps above.
