WiFi doesn’t work upstairs
Hi my WiFi doesn't work upstairs
it's fine downstairs where the router is but rubbish upstairs
I don't live in a big house so the distance shouldn't be an issue
I tested the internet speed upstairs and it said it's really slow

Re: WiFi doesn’t work upstairs
@Dg1809 it is isn't distancecit is what lies between the hub and your devices upstairs if it includes a couple of brick walls and a floor it is easily explained oldercsmall properties can be just as much an issue as large modern houses. Cut to the chase you need an extender or similar and if you want one supplied by Sky you will havecto buy their https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max add-on.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
