WiFi cutting in and out
My WiFi has been cutting in and out and the issue has been going on weeks so much so that I could not work from home 13th and 14th October and had to go into an office. I was on holidays for ten days and back yesterday and same issues. WiFi cuts off all phones and tv for streaming at the same time.
so far logged between 7-8:30pm Saturday 24th 3 times. Today it's been happening all day and logged with the tv and streaming at 3:10pm and again at 3:25pm. I turned it off at the wall and turned it back on but it will happen again as this has been happening weeks. I test it on the app and says there are no issues. I have requested an engineer previously and was told no as there were no area issues. I have been paying for this with issues over the last few months and I am refusing to pay further until an engineer calls out. Please contact and resolve ASAP or I will be looking at contract termination.

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
You can't withhold payment. Tempting as it might seem that is definitely not recommended.
Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
Sky won't contact you based on your post. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
