WiFi constantly dropping out
I switched to sky about a fortnight ago and it has been terrible, constantly dropping out . A couple of us work from home so this has been awful. You have to constantly try and reconnect to the network... that's if it even appears in the available networks. I'm thinking of going back to BT even though they are more expensive

@Yaz6060 If you can detail what is going on would be more helpful to start with, the Forum is not sky Customer Service if that is what you need help with, take a look at the link below and say what you have and if you see anything from that!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

If you do not know, and wish to head back to BT/EE then you do have the 30 day's to make the change in!
BT/EE to sky is not an apples to apples swap over!
