WiFi constantly dropping in bedroom

Our broadband is generally good and we pay extra for broadband boost, however the bedroom where, typically, we also have a makeshift office to work from doesn't get a good signal and constantly drops out. My husband is having major issues with it and can't make or receive a call on Microsoft teams due to the poor signal. Is there anything additional you can provide to boost the signal particularly in this room as we are currently paying for a service, which we're not receiving in its entirety. Thank you.

@Hannah250

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Given you have a home office there and need a stable connection, I would suggest looking into running ethernet there, or possibly powerline adapters at least
