Hello, I'm looking for some help please.
I am new to sky and recently started a wifi contract with an activation date of 15/07/2024, it seemed to be okay however on some members of the families phone certain apps aren't working. Safari , WhatsApp, certain games etc.
I've checked the settings and everything is enabled for WiFi and my restrictions on sky are for all ages. The test check I ran said everything was good? Can any help me with what the issue may be? The previous owners used BT and experienced no issues(they are family friends and used there wifi personally), it's made be consider ending my contract if possible if this a typical issue?

Just to be clear, is Broadband Shield set to 18?
Counter-intuitively 'all ages' might be the strictest setting.
