WiFi connection to stream
We have had trouble for a couple of days with out stream box connecting to our broadband. Broadband has been tested with no problems and my phone connects ok it is just the tv. How can it be fixed?

@Gailbateman Stream nedds a strong wifi connection to work properly so make sure both the hub and the puck are out in the open not behind other equipment. The network settings on the puck will tell you the strength of tge signal the puck is receiving. If it is too low you will nedd a wifi extender (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) or to use an etgernet cable.
