Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@donaldb1970 assuming other devices connect in the same general area as you are trying with your phone its an issue with the phone. Something to try is to tell the phone to forget the connection then power down and reboot the phone and try again that clears the memory location that stores the password which can become scrambled.
