WiFi connection to devices

Hello,

 

The broadband appears fine, but no devices when connected can use apps and our apple home pod can't connect. We've also had issues with our smart tv saying there's network problems. We're continually having to restart the router which is a new issue that started occurring in the past couple of months.

 

We've followed all the instructions on the help pages and nothing has worked long term.

 

Please can we book and engineer visit or replacement equipment to resolve our issues?

@ChelseaEW  Have you recently just joined Sky or did this just happen out of the blue?
