Wifi  onnection keeps getting lost and is slow.

Microsoft team meetings are slow and I keep getting disconnected. I had no issues before with BT. Video quality is poor when it is working.

Connection upstairs is very weak.

Me too. Sky B/B wi-fi guarantee "wi fi in every room" is something i will take up with them. The hub 6 is useless and I'm sending it back after just four days.
