WiFi connection issue

Since Friday (28/3) i've had issues the WiFi connection. Some devices can connect but nothing works even though it says connected.

 

I've tried  running checks but the sky app says everything is working fine - but it's not!

 

Sky stream says connected but no channels will load and no other apps. 

I've tried everything as suggested in the guidance in turning off the hub for so long, doing a reset. Still no change. Arghhhhhh

Just checked again and it states 'speed to your hub is poor' ... any ideas how to resolve this please?
