WiFi connection issue

I have recently moved home and the broadband was swapped over yesterday (16th August)

since swapping the connection has been poor to all devices that aren't on the sky Q, eg phones, PS5 and other smart tvs

@Sarah+Bodiddly  Was it just a remote activation of your broadband for Sky and you only had to connect your router to the master socket?
