I have always had issues with my wifi connection and speed. I phoned not long ago and had it upgraded to a faster speed but I am still having issues. I work from home and meetings are almost impossible some days as the connection is very slow and intermittent. I have just returned from a week away from home and my ring doorbell struggled to remain connected and wasn't usable. If this issue cannot be restored without paying more monthly (which I have had to do once already without it making any real difference) I will be cancelling my subscription and seeking another WiFi provider.
