WiFi connect good but nothing is working

wifi speed seems excellent and steady but unfortunately the devices connected are having issues and social network apps 

buffering issues with all devices and slow.,

netflix 

stream 

YouTube 

iPhones connected 

laptops 

Tv 

I need help with this please
