WiFi completely down again
No internet at all.

@Upsetuseragai if the hub is indicating it has lost connection (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) then run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. If the loss of connection is recent it wont have picked it up but it should tell you if Sky are aware of an isssue affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky and report the fault.

Have done all that several times. It seems to happen often and need an engineer to fix something with the optic fibre. This time I can't seem to get the option
