WiFi buffering

WiFi keep dropping and getting to bad it's affecting my work! I need to get this fixed. Problem seems to have started this week! Run a health check and it says all good. A bot seemed to run something and said issue with at home set up which is contradicting! I also run external speed tests and it doesn't match sky's! I need this fixed for work or I'm leaving!

I am having exactly the same issue which also started this week, I went through several steps with sky tech advisor and the problem seemed to resolve only to return 5 minuets after I put the phone down.

This is so frustrating and on checking the broadband sppeds throughout the day it drops to 11 or 12mbs regularly yet Sky health check is saying it is atable at 37.2mbs well that cant be true as loading webpages takes forever.

please be honest with us Sky what has changed this week to make the connectivity so bad and when will it be fixed?
