WiFi booster not connecting

I have an old white sky WiFi booster but can't get it to connect to my router that I got when I upgraded to sky q. Are these compatible or is there a way to connect them when other than WPS?

Each Sky router model has a matching booster: the only interchangeability is between the Q Hub and Broadband Hub boosters.

The original Sky Wireless Booster booster is only compatible with the 2013 Sky Hub, and the Max 'pod' with the Sky Max Hub

Brilliant cheers for that, much appreciated! Do you know if I can just order a booster online or do I need to get someone on online chat/phone?
