WiFi below guaranteed speed

My WiFi is awful. And well below the 300mbs I'm paying for! You guaranteed speed of 150mbs is abit of a con as it's half of the speed paid for. When the WiFi is checked it's coming in at 139 or 143. Still below your guaranteed speed? Heard nothing from sky so I guess I just sit and accept it? Thanks for your wonderful customer service! The whole package will be getting cancelled.

You are only talking to other customers here and not Sky so this link explains how to get in a complaint:
