WiFi and sky

Cccant get a sky signal in my bedroom and I'm bed bound and I would really like to be connected to my sky and my WiFi in in my bedroom and as I have no one here to have a look at things I'm asking for help

There is a couple of things you can do to try and improve the situation;

- Move your Hub more centrally

- See if you can improve the WiFi range using the WiFi troubleshooting: https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/my-broadband-speed/no-connection-slow-wifi/articles/broadban...

- Get a Sky booster if you have the Sky boost or Sky Max addon

- Get a 3rd party extender
