WiFi & mini box dropping constantly

I have been having issues for the past month with my laptop & mobile losing connection along with the mini box. The router shows all lights but no connection. I work from home so this is very important to remain stable. Not sure if I need a booster? Tried phoning support but couldn't get past the automated'bot'.
