WiFi Router

My WiFi router is approx 15 years old and continually loses connection  whilst watching TV (poor connection)

Is it possible to have an updated router to see if it helps with this issue?

@Wendy-Clubbe62 if your printer was supplied by Sky they are in the process of replacing all routers older than roughly 6 years due to new regulations coming in later this year.. Check your email spam filter as you may have an email explaining how to get a replacement already alternatively you can wait for them to contact you which should happen quite soonor call them yourself and ask for a new Sky hub to be sent to you.

@Wendy-Clubbe62 Also with the age off your router, it has certainly done well and due a rest now, sky should know what equipment that you have, see if the link below will get you as needed.
