WiFi Max Issues
As we live in a bungalow we were persuaded into upgrading to the WiFi max router for better coverage.
Unfortunately since "upgrading" the new router keeps dropping randomly overnight. Sometimes a reboot fixes it but last time we had to log our 5th or 6th ticket in as many weeks. The engineer reported that the device was trying to update and failing so would send us a replacement but in the meantime got the back end network team to kick it back into life.
The new router arrived yesterday so I plugged it in today and after 45 mins of flashing green light, the light turned red and I have no internet access again. I've tried a couple of reboots to no avail.
The MySky app shows "setting up your hub" but has been like this for over an hour with no success.
I suspect this new hub is also trying to run an update but failing. Is anyone else having these issues?
