WiFi Issues

Internet keeps dropping in and out with white light. Says information changed when try to reconnect and have to retype password for it then to drop out 2 minutes later. This is a frequent occurrence.

Hi @Dawn91998 

If the light on your hub is changing this suggests your line is dropping. Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?
