WiFi Dripping - Orange Lights
Hi, My WiFi has dropped three times within the past hour causing me to have issues in delivering training. Can you please investigate this matter? This has caused major issues with my work. Thanks

You're only talking to other customers here I'm afraid. Have you tried the diagnostic tool through the MySky app or at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
Otherwise you'll need to call them. This is a domestic service so causing work issues will cut no ice with them.
