WiFi Boost

Morning,

I recently switched to sky broadband from BT and am having similar issues in that the WiFi doesn't reach all rooms in our flat. BT offered boosters which worked well and I was wondering if this is something you also offered as otherwise we'd have to look at cancelling with you.

@Kelsa  Did you when joining taking out broadband boost or max subscription with your broadband?

@Kelsa  You can give Sky a call and ask them to send out a booster pod. You will have to go through some troubleshooting with the advisor.
