WiF dropping out

My wifi keeps dropping out. The light on the front of the hub keeps going to blue flashing, then to white to indicate connected. Will stay connected for a few minutes. Then drop off again. I haven't had good connection to the internet all day and have had the issue of it dropping off for around 1 week.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have done all of those things already and it's coming back as no issues.

It might be worth calling Sky tomorrow about these ongoing issues but before you do I would run that test again.
