Wi fi

Tests show broadband speed fine and connected but can't access any websites or email. Daughter studying for exams soon so must fix quickly

If there is an outage then I'm sorry but regardless of who needs it for what reason the faults need to be found and repaired which will be down to Openreach.  Stating "must fix quickly" won't get it fixed quickly

 

Are you in the SY postcode area as there is an outage there.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
