Wi-fi very week since change over from black broadband box to the new white broadband box

Since change over for broadband have also noticed does not show anything like what's been connected with phones and even the sky glass very puzzled

@Gieorgina69  Did you take out the max broadband subscription and did you move from the Sky broadband hub or the Sky Q hub to the Sky broadband max hub?
