Hi, my sky broadband was setup yesterday (3-1-25) but the wi-fi connection is constantly dropping out leaving our two mobile phones on 5g and no connection on our laptop which then has to be reconnected manually, I also have a speaker which will not pair to the wi-fi this has never happened before. I am not very tech savvy so please keep it simple, thanks
