Wi fi max and talk anytime extra

Just got sky Max and I pay something like £15 a month for sky talk anytime. Just looked at my sky go app and it says that I can upgrade my sky connection with WiFi max for £4 and this will improve my WiFi connection and I get sky talk anytime added fo free.  

Am I reading this right?

That sounds right for Max WiFi but unlikely for Sky Talk (which has an actual cost to the ISP)
