Wi fi issues

Good Morning, I changed to fibre a few months ago and that part has been ok. The problem I have is they said they had to install through my media wall as opposed where the current broadband socket was. In theory I didn't have a massive issue other than they drilled into it from outside. Problem I have now is that even using the wi fi extender plug I get no wi fi to charge my car overnight and the sky box upstairs keeps on disconnecting. I can deal with the latter but the fact it won't connect to my car ev charger is causing me serious issues as I need to charge between 0030 and 0530 to get cheaper rates. Never had an issue on the older wi fi but now for some reason it doesn't connect when I am in bed which is where my phone is for obvious reasons. Is there anything that can be done? I suspect installing the router where they have might have partially caused an issue as the router is in the media wall? Mind you other wi fi devices in it work fine. I just need this resolving urgently please
